How to Use
Twist the base to dispense product. Retract and firmly replace the cap after each use to prevent the formula from drying out.
Artist tips: for a diffused effect, define the upper lash line and blend with a smudge brush. Pair with a contrasting color of a mechanical gel liner to add depth at the lash roots. For a winged look, extend the liner past the outer corner with short strokes until you reach the desired length. Because it is waterproof, remove with an oil-based or dual-phase makeup remover.
