Every pair is authenticated twice — by CheckCheck (independent third-party) and our in-house team — before it ships. A physical certificate ships with each pair. Full refund if ever proven inauthentic.
How fast do you ship?
In-hand pairs dispatch within 24 hours from Kolkata — same-day if you order before 2pm IST. Sourced-to-order pairs deliver in 10–15 days after checkout. Pan-India delivery.
What if a pair isn't listed?
Catalog sneakers checkout on site — choose Sourced to order at checkout (10–15 days, pay upfront). For grails, rare sizes, or colourways we don't list, use Grail Hunt on WhatsApp — we quote before you pay.
What are Labels?
Labels is our homegrown streetwear lane — official stockist for independent Indian brands like Comet, Ludic, and Khet. Brand-new pieces, add to cart, ships from Kolkata. Different from in-hand resale or sourced-to-order sneakers.
