Before you order

Are your sneakers authentic?

Every pair is authenticated by CheckCheck and our in-house team before dispatch. A physical certificate is included, with a full refund if a pair is ever proven inauthentic.

How fast do you ship?

In-hand pairs dispatch within 24 hours from Kolkata. Sourced-to-order pairs usually deliver in 10–15 days after checkout. We deliver pan-India.

What if a pair is not listed?

Use Grail Hunt on any product page for rare sizes or colourways. We will confirm availability and quote on WhatsApp before you pay.

Do you offer EMI?

Yes. Eligible orders can use no-cost EMI at checkout, alongside UPI, cards, RuPay and net banking.

What is your exchange and return policy?

Sneaker orders are not eligible for routine size exchanges, so please confirm sizing before ordering. Eligible standard apparel may be exchanged under the applicable exchange policy. Contact the studio promptly if you need help. Every purchase remains covered by our full-refund authenticity guarantee.
