The Air Jordan 3 Retro Denim SE 'Fire Red' released August 27, 2020, drawing inspiration from premium Japanese denim after first being teased as a Japan-exclusive with Japanese Nike Air lettering. Denim twill material replaces the model's usual suede-like nubuck on the signature elephant-print overlays at the toe, heel, and eyestay.
The rest of the upper is built from White tumbled leather, with contrasting Fire Red accents on the metal eyelets and perforated leather collar. A translucent heel tab reveals a Fire Red Nike Air logo underneath, a detail never before seen on the model, closing out one of the more material-focused takes on the AJ3 to date.
