Color outside the lines. No. 1 Pencil is a creamy, longwearing eyeliner pencil that glides on smoothly with rich, buildable, blendable color for endless creative expression.

Shade: Kiln – a rustic orange.

Demi-matte, dense pigments deliver crisp, true color that won't rub, tug, or transfer. Draw a precise line to outline and accent, or use the dry-down time to smudge it out for a diffused, smoky look. Sharpen as needed.

Once set, the formula is water-resistant and transfer-resistant, lasting up to 12 hours without touch-ups.

Buildable, longwearing, cruelty-free, vegan, dermatologist-tested, ophthalmologist-tested, and suitable for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes.
