To use dry, apply on bare lids with fingers or the E4 Brush, or over Master Eye Prep & Set primer to create superior grip and buildability. To use wet, apply with a dampened E4 or E5 Brush. Can also be used as a liquid to line the eyes for a gorgeous liner effect.
