The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 'Vanta' originally released June 2019, the first triple black colorway on the V2 silhouette, taking its name from Surrey NanoSystems' Vantablack, one of the darkest light-absorbing materials in the world. An all-black mesh, leather, and suede construction draws influence from 1990s running shoe styling.
Various shades of black appear across the suede overlays, canvas underlays, sockliner, laces, and insole, keeping the build monochromatic throughout. 3M reflective detailing adds visibility in low light, sitting above a full-length Boost midsole encased in a darker black rubber outsole.
