The Air Jordan 11 Retro 'Tokyo' arrives as a Japan-exclusive release, part of a nine-pack series marking the AJ11's 30th anniversary and unveiled February 2026. Dressed in Light Bone, Phantom, Grey, and Sail, the shoe swaps the model's usual patent leather mudguard for a shiny gray gradient leather inspired by sukajan, traditional Japanese souvenir jackets.
An embroidered white mountain goat sits on the nylon tongue, a nod to Michael Jordan's GOAT status, while a pre-yellowed outsole references his championship wins. The design draws on traditional Japanese embroidery practices historically used to extend a garment's life, blending heritage detailing with the AJ11's classic silhouette.
