Returns & Refunds

We, at Everything Man Store, thank you for your business. Our goal is to help men find the right tools to express themselves, and we understand if you bought an item you thought would be great, but found that it just isn’t for you. We try to do our best to make sure our customers are treated fairly, and we ask you to do the same. Below are some of our return policies that we ask you to read. 

RETURNS

To help protect our customers and make sure every return is dealt with fairly, we may decline a return if the following conditions are not met:

  • All returns should be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The tags on the item(s) should be intact.
  • The item(s) should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
  • The item(s) needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
  • The item(s) was not a sale/discounted item. We do not do returns for any sale/discounted items.

 If you believe that you fulfill the following conditions we ask you to contact us either through our website or send us an email at customerservice@everythingmanstore.com after which we will assess the situation and guide you through our return procedure.

 After the verification of the returned product, if we find that you have diligently complied the return conditions, the Company at its sole discretion, will take appropriate action including delivery of the new piece of the product or refund the amount of the product which you have ordered.

 If the goods you have received were damaged or not what you had ordered then we suggest you go down to our ‘Rare Cases’ section for more details.

 In the case of a return, a full or partial refund in either cash or store credit will be approved or denied after an assessment of the returned items. We make our efforts to be fair with our customers, so do not worry. If you are approved for a refund then we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied on your credit card, original form of payment, or store account. It may take upto 21working days for our returns department to process your refund.

 Please note that all items to be returned should be reported within 7 days of receipt of product, and if the goods do not reach us within 30 days of receipt, then we reserve the right to not process your return. Also, all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle the goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. In order to process a refund or exchange the goods must reach us intact and undamaged. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that we won’t be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

RARE CASES

Although highly unlikely, it is possible that some of the following cases might occur:

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your received items are not what you ordered then your items can be considered Incorrect Goods. For example, if you ordered a pair of jeans, but received a shirt instead then your item is considered an incorrect good.

We inspect all items before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is faulty or incorrect then we ask you to contact customerservice@everythingmanstore.com with the following details : your order number, detail of products you had purchased, and stating the problem along with the photos depicting the nature of the problem. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return.

However, please note that we can only exchange it for the same product in the same style, subject to availability. We make our efforts to be fair with our customers, so do not worry. Non Delivered items

If your item has not been received within 60 days from the time of shipment you will be entitled to a full refund that will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or payment method. Contact us at customerservice@everythingmanstore.com to initiate this procedure. We will then contact you by email to let you know that your refund has been processed. However, in certain cases if the product was lost or damaged due to a fire, flood, or natural disaster then we will not be able to provide a refund.

Please note that it may take upto 21 working days for our returns department to process your refund. 

Everything Man Store has the full right to decide on processing of returns and refunds. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Everything Man Store and accept Everything Man Store decision regarding the return of the product and/ or refund of the amount.
