The Air Jordan 5 Retro 'Racer Blue' released February 12, 2022, echoing the silhouette's classic 'Black Metallic' proportions with the addition of a titular cool blue tone. A black nubuck upper carries tonal detailing across the laces, eyelets, and inner liner, with translucent mesh netting on the side panels staying true to the AJ5's original design.
Racer Blue accents run across the midsole, lace lock, and the Jumpman logos on both tongue and heel, set against a silver 3M reflective tongue. Black shark-tooth detailing sits on the midsole above an icy, blue-tinted translucent outsole finished with matching Jumpman branding underfoot.
