The Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Reverse Infrared Salesman' releases February 14, 2026 to mark the AJ6's 35th anniversary, resurrecting a sample first spotted in a 1999 Eastbay catalog that was never released to the public. Dressed in Black and Light Crimson, the shoe flips the sole unit's layout compared to the OG 'Black Infrared,' running more red through the midsole rather than the original's black mid-strip.
Nike Air branding on the heel appears in Infrared rather than black, and the pair carries a distinctive sample tag with a 'Not For Resale' stamp on the inner collar as a nod to its salesman-sample origins. Designed by Tinker Hatfield and inspired partly by Jordan's Porsche 911 Turbo, the AJ6 remains the last model in the line to feature external Nike Air branding.
