The Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Xuanwu' releases Summer 2026 as a China-exclusive, drawing its name from the Black Tortoise deity of Chinese mythology associated with protection, longevity, and strength. A premium black leather upper with raw-cut edges and subtle burnished detailing gives the shoe a handcrafted, dress-shoe feel, with a weathered brown-toned toe peeking through the black base.
Broguing and wing-tip-style perforations run across the side panels, echoing formal loafer construction, while Metallic Gold accents dress the Jumpman lace shroud, lace lock, and insoles. The Xuanwu theme previously appeared on the Air Jordan 1 High and Low before expanding to the AJ6 for its 35th anniversary year.
