Released in 2020, the Off-White x Air Jordan 5 SP 'Sail' pays homage to the first Jordan its designer ever owned, reimagining the silhouette in Off-White's deconstructed, industrial style. A sail textile mesh upper is layered with exposed foam, translucent netted panels, and circular window cutouts scattered across the body and tongue, referencing the Jordan 2010.
3M reflective tongues and fire red Jordan branding continue the design's contrast against the muted Sail, Fire Red, Muslin, and Black colorway, while an aged translucent outsole rounds out the build. The result reworks the AJ5's classic proportions through a deliberately raw, exposed-construction lens distinctive to this collaboration.
